A Chicagoland native, Dr. Nina Khazen received her undergraduate education at the University of Chicago. She attended Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, where she graduated magna cum laude and was appointed to the Alpha Omega Honor Society. Dr. Khazen joined DuPage Health Specialists in 2001 upon completion of her postgraduate residency training in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2001.

Dr. Khazen has a special interest in preventive medicine including heart disease prevention; hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol management. With a compassionate and personal approach to her practice, Dr. Khazen advocates a strong patient-doctor relationship based on open communication and patient education. She is affiliated with Edward Hospital and is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Khazen resides in Naperville with her husband and daughter.
